Read this first: Our products are software tools — educational technology. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing they display is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for every trading decision you make.

1. What you're buying

AI Trader OS is a downloadable Windows application that runs locally on your computer. The AITradingOS Portal is a web-based research service. A purchase of the desktop app is a one-time software license; the portal is a monthly subscription. Licenses for the desktop app are bound to a single computer (a transfer flow is provided when you change machines).

2. Software, not advice

The software provides market data, educational content, analytics, and AI-generated commentary. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated — verify everything independently before acting on it.
Nothing in the software constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation. Any signals, scores, backtests or analyses are informational and educational only.
Backtested or simulated performance has inherent limitations and does not predict future results.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. Trades you place are executed by your broker through your MetaTrader 5 account, under your sole control and responsibility.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the software, for the configuration of your accounts (broker, AI provider keys), and for every order you place — including orders placed while automation or AI-assisted features are enabled.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Leveraged products (forex, CFDs) carry a high risk of rapid loss.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and broker terms that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

4. Your data

The desktop app runs locally: your broker credentials, trades, strategies and profile stay on your machine and are never transmitted to us. The only network calls the app makes on your behalf are to the market-data sources and the AI provider you configure, plus optional calls to our server for updates, license activation, and support messages you choose to send. 5. License, updates, support

Desktop licenses never expire — the app keeps working forever. Each license includes an updates window; installing updates released after your window requires a renewal.
Licenses are machine-bound. Transfers to a new computer are self-serve (limited per year) or via support.
We may revoke a license in cases of fraud, chargeback, or breach of these terms.
Support is provided in-app and by email on a best-effort basis.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the products evolve; the "last updated" date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email.
