What we collect on this website

When you request a walkthrough we store the details you give us — name, email, phone, and your message — so we can contact you about the products. We keep simple interaction records (when we emailed you, whether an email was opened, whether you replied) to avoid spamming you and to know when to stop.

Email tracking

Emails we send may contain a tiny invisible image that tells us the email was opened. Every email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all further email immediately.

What the desktop app collects

Nothing, by design. AI Trader OS runs locally on your computer. Your broker account, trades, strategies and profile never reach our servers. The app contacts our server only to check for updates, activate a license, or deliver support messages you write — and contacts the market-data and AI providers you yourself configure.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Email us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you: [email protected]. Unsubscribe links work instantly and permanently. We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
